CREATIVE COSMETICS
Our versatile manufacturing equipment made from SS-316 and expert in-house engineering processes can be adapted to small & large size batches ranging from: 100 I/kg to 1500 I/kg.
Our filling machines and assembly lines handle a large spectrum of preparations with limiting human touch in every process: liquids, gels, cream, oils, W/O and OANemulsions, micronized suspensions and more withvariable density and viscosity.
OUR QUALITY
We also provide physical, chemical and microbiological tests, our product testing is done at facility approved by FDCA and CDSCO which is accredited by NABL. Herb Elementz quality assurance team actively works on the integration of ECOCERT- COSMOS, KOSHER & HALAL standard formulation & quality guidelines for your product certification requirements. Complete assistance for product registration with FDCA and documentary requirements like Certificate of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheet and Free Sale Certificate is provided by our technical team
