Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Kuvadva, Rajkot. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and admin practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of HR practices, excellent people management skills, and the ability to balance strategic and operational HR functions. With industry-specific experience of Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics or Food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, providing appropriate resolutions.
- Foster a positive work environment and culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Perform key responsibilities by ensuring the implementation of company policy and supporting the achievement of targeted efficiency goals.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Conduct salary reviews and benchmark compensation practices to ensure competitiveness.
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience.
Industry-specific experience of Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics or Food.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
