Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the processing operations in a cosmetic manufacturing unit.
• Ensure efficient and timely filling, capping, labelling, and packaging of cosmetic products according to specified orders.
• Monitor quantity and quality of products during processing to maintain standards and meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the production team to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
• Train and guide staff on proper processing techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the processing area to uphold hygiene standards.
• Monitor and record data related to processing activities for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations from standards.
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, logistics, and maintenance to resolve any operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in cosmetic manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of processing techniques and equipment used in cosmetic production.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
