Job Title: QA & QC Executive cum Manager

Location: Kuvadva, Rajkot

Salary Range: ₹17,000 to ₹25,000 (negotiable based on experience & skills)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in QA/QC department of cosmetics or pharma manufacturing unit

Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced QA & QC Executive cum Manager to join our team in Kuvadva, Rajkot. The successful candidate will ensure that our products meet specified quality standards. This role involves managing both quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes, conducting inspections, and implementing improvements to maintain and enhance product quality. Expanding role in building a team of QA/QC executives.

Qualification:

Relevant degree in any of the following fields B.Tech Cosmetic, B.Pharm, B.Sc or D.Pharm

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

• • Co-develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Analyze quality assurance data and make recommendations for improvements.

Quality Control:

• • Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify and document quality issues, and work with production, processing & laboratory teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment.

Documentation and Reporting:

• • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality inspections and audits.
  • Ensure all quality control documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Process Improvement:

• • Identify areas for quality improvement and work with relevant departments to implement solutions.
  • Develop and monitor quality KPIs to track progress and effectiveness of improvements.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Compliance:

• • Ensure all products comply with relevant quality standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, implementing changes as necessary.
  • Work with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.

Team Management:

• • Supervise and train quality control inspectors and other relevant staff.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Coordinate with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Experience:

• • Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC department of cosmetics or pharma manufacturing unit
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus.
